U.S. Senator Barbara Boxer comments a photo with Stockton resident Carmen Fernandez while visiting the Port of Stockton on a two-day Northern California campaign. Incidentally, Boxer spoke while an ocean-going Panamanian ship was being loaded with San Joaquin Delta rice being shipped to China, part of a long neglected treaty between the US and that country that was finally honored through Boxer’s intervention.
