Urban farm gets roots at the Port

PUENTES, a non-profit organization, finally has land for its first Organic Urban Community Farm. PUENTES just signed with the Port of Stockton for up to 5 acres (no toxic soil!) in Boggs Tract, west of I-5 and south of the channel, an old working class neighborhood with strong solidarity.
