Montecuzoma’s Headress

The Mexican artist and writer, Xokonoschtletl Gomora, (Xoko) explained the “deep” meaning of the Motecuhzoma’s crown at a conference held on Friday, March 25 at La Comission Honorifica Mexicana (Honorable Mexican Commission) known as La Jamaica in Stockton.   “The crown represents the political, economic and spiritual power of Mexican natives, preceding the presidential sash, as the hair dressing was handed down among each Aztec Emperors as they reached the throne.” Explained Xoko.
