Regardless of how we feel about the man who lives in the White House, he is as a leader. We have to give him, and those who worked with him, accolades for giving Osama bin Laden a dignified burial. They prevented more blood shed and in some ways made up for the so called religion people in Florida who burned the Koran.
Osama was a killer, terrorist, vile person and other names we could add to his already illustrious list, but he was and will continue to be a leader and hero to many who could still do bodily harm to us as a nation.
We have a friend who drives fuel trucks in Afghanistan, and he stated, the carnage that happened to our service and civilian personal aft the burning of the Koran was horrible. He said it was amazing to watch big macho men sob as they took care of these bodies.
When the news of the death of Osama were broadcasted, I couldn’t help but reflect on the terror that could have reined. Yes, I am going to say, “Thank you Mr. President” for having respect for his religion.” Currently, just as we did after 9/11 we seem to be a unified nation. To bad it has to take tragedy to make this happen. Why do we not have respect for others opinions, religions, political persuasion, etc.
There are many things I intended to cover regarding the latest mud slinging as Republicans, The Governor, Immigration etc., but they can wait for another day. But, at least for this day and time we are united and for that we are blessed.
