STOCKTON, CA – Mexican Heritage Center and Gallery annouces a call for artists for its annual Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead) exhibit October 21 through November 7 with the exhbitions theme of Baile de los Muertos (Dancing with the Dead).
The size for wall art should not exceed 24×30 inches framed to accommodate the Dia de los Muertos altars. Pieces need to be ready to hang (framed and wired) by October 15th.
Pedestals are available for ceramic or sculpture pieces. Space is limited. Works may be subject
to a selection committee.
Hanging fee for the gallery is $10.00 and a commission of 35%. All proceeds help support the Mexican Heritage Center and Gallery which is a 501 c (3) non-profit.
