Caltrans Receives $55 Million to Reduce Congestion and Improve Safety on Pacific Surfliner

SACRAMENTO – Caltrans today announced that the Federal Railroad
Administration (FRA) has awarded three grants totaling $55 million to
reduce congestion and increase safety on the Pacific Surfliner intercity
