With Le Mans as a backdrop Renault has opted for continuing to place our mouth with honey on the Alpine Celebration Concept and as you may have guessed is no more than the nearest one increasingly deposit deposit of Alpine we see in the street materialized next year.

And as you'll see in the pictures you can not boast of a particularly extravagant design so what you're seeing in front of your screen will be a priori very faithful to the model that we see on the street. In addition the presentation has not been a matter of chance as it coincides with the 60th anniversary of the brand which was founded by Jean Redele in Dieppe France.

The second prototype of the modern Alpine

This prototype is the second prototype presented by the company since it was released back into the ring. The first was introduced in 2012 under the name A110-50 and although we did jump out of the chair by his extraordinary design and features in its possession such as a V6 engine of 3.5 liters and 400 hp plus a body in carbon fiber high-performance brakes adjustable Sachs shock absorbers this time has chosen a more discreet design and can say that earthly.

Constant nods to A110

The Alpine Celebration Concept itself makes a much clearer A110 classic winks and details such as the rear window the front hood the reduced height of the car bulging wheel arches or the bonnet give witness to this. Alpine logo with the famous 'A' is present on the roof intake side and front wings.

Its body color is the characteristic blue brand mixed with some details orange. In the front we can find reminiscent of that classic essence as in the double lighthouse and where the central headlights are covered by stickers with a X as happened in the Alpine rally vehicles.

The back is also something that has certainly fallen in love because it has combined elegance and sportiness without having to resort to very striking elements. A large diffuser with integrated brake light in its central part with an outlet on either side is what catches our attention while at the top we find a fixed wing rather small dimensions.

And what about your mechanical configuration?

Renault has not wanted to publicize the mechanical configuration of the prototype but we should wait a weight on the production variant located around 1100 kg and of course rear-wheel drive.
