Over the years drivers we've grown accustomed to the constant developments arising for our cars on some issues. We like to have more equipment in cars more electronic aids and circulating see better at night. And on this last point we will focus since the LED lighting has already begun its relentless expansion in the automotive sector can find in the market and the first cars equipped entirely with LED lights.

As we can guess daylight is an ideal lighting we need to drive. A homogeneous white and leaves us light to see clearly what is happening around us. But as the veterans will recall until recently we used to circular halogen lights although very effective more yellowish cast.

The next generation of lighthouses most recently was that of the gas discharge headlights or xenon. These and other are able to offer a much whiter light and better performance. Currently most vehicles allow you to choose between their extra xenon headlights but the truth is that the third evolution of lighthouses has arrived and it seems that little time halogen and xenon are destined to lose ground.

LED lights offer clear advantages: generate more light output consume less and last longer hours. Enough to start thinking right? What's more since the LED lights are more compact and thus enable new designs headlights looking to get a better utility of these.

Logically This kind of lights you are still evolving and thus the cost of producing them is expensive but starting to be a king in the nascent market for new cars. About 4 years ago Audi began to implement them as sidelights (basically as a decorative element) and from there we progressed to the present.

We show two examples of vehicles that we find and LED lights as the only illuminated:

Seat Leon: the third generation of León which hit the market a few months ago includes among its options headlights called "Full LED". Leaving halogen this type of lighting help of six large diodes for lights (short) crossing and three for the road lights (long) offering a temperature very white color and apparently a performance superior to halogen in complete darkness. In addition these headlights are manufactured in Spain by the Valeo brand.

Audi R8: third changed radically since the spectacular Audi R8 is another example of a vehicle that already uses LED lights. In Audi swear by the effectiveness of the diodes and have decided that the full range of R8 comes standard equipped with them. Again greater efficiency has been key to electing the item.

In addition LED technology is also used in the taillights where these headlights premiere projection system which means that when the indicator Car LED projected light to where we will rotate so that other vehicles control at all times was where we headed.
