The Mexican Heritage Center & Gallery (MHC) established with the Artistas del Valle works together to promote arts and culture in the valley. Located in Downtown Stockton, CA with a 7,900 square foot location that offers dance classes, events including am annual Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead), Awards Ceremonies (such as the Adelita Awards Dinner).
