With the MidTerm Elections over the Tea Party has switched from candidate-bashing to ridding the state of undocumented workers. Tea Party activist Michael Erickson, a Belmont, CA resident, has filed an initiative proposal very similar to Arizona’s SB 1070 —entitled “Support Federal Immigration Law Act”— to be included on the 2012 Election ballot.
