I recently went to a planning commission meeting in Tracy. It was no different than any other planning commission meeting that I have been to in the last 12 years. The only difference was that this time they wanted input from the citizens. You ask why? The reason is the city like others, is in big trouble in the inter cities.

Downtown Tracy filled its wet streets with the lights of tens of Christmas-themed floats on Saturday, December 4, 2010. The rain did not keep people from lining up the route of the Tracy Lights Parade, cheering and snapping pictures of the gilded vehicles and bands slowly heading the Tracy Transit Station, where the City’s Holiday Tree was lit, and where children could visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
